This is to remind you of the Company's Policy towards Returning of Goods . 

You are encouraged to notify the Representative assigned to you 3 Months after the supply of any product that is slow moving or that you are unable to sell . 

However , to continue to serve you better and more efficiently , we encourage you to allow our Representatives work with you to monitor stock position for early detection of goods not sold within 3-6 Months after supply . 

We also want to appeal to you to always use the First - In - First - Out Method

( FIFO ) in your store / warehouse .
