LIQUID PARAFFIN

INDICATIONS
-It is used as a lubricant and laxative, since it keeps
the stool soft.
-Symptomatic treatment of constipation,
especially when straining should be avoided.
-As an enema.
Externally:
It may be used as an ingredient of ointment bases
as an emollient cleanser in certain skin conditions
and as an ophthalmic lubricant.
